One is the traditional wedding photographs that are taken at Waterton Park Hotel as this is what bride's and groom's book Waterton Park Hotel for and the other is showing what also can be taken on the wedding day to show a different side to the photographs and also a different feel.
Couples that get married at Waterton Park Hotel would like certain wedding photographs to be taken for example in the arch that looks over the water or on the jetty at the back of the building as this is why they have chosen Waterton Park Hotel. What I would like this blog to do is show that while this is always going to be done as Waterton Park is a very beautiful venue there are also other types of wedding photography that can be taken at the same wedding to make the wedding photographs have a different feel.

This next selection of wedding photographs are more natural and unscripted, a tone has been applied to these wedding photographs to give a more candid feel to the photographs all have been taken on the same day and sometimes at the same time as the more traditional wedding photographs at Waterton Park Hotel
Personally I don't know which ones I prefer, as you all know I like to have posed images to use all the different places that venues have to offer for wedding photography but then I also like the natural moments that can tell the story of the day through moments rather than posed wedding photographs.
If this is something that you would like for your wedding photography the easiest way to achieve it is to go for the Platinum wedding packages as there is a photographer and an assistant included in the package which can give you the 2 different views of your wedding day, however that's not say that the Gold package can't achieve this either, the way to get more natural wedding photographs on your day is to have fewer family group wedding photographs as this then frees me up to be on the look out for natural moments! Either way I always strive to get these moments wherever possible along side the posed wedding photographs!
