I just wanted to do a little post about the recent BBC news article about a videographer/photographer. When I read this I thought 'oh no, not another one'. 

There is not a week that goes by that I don't hear a horror story about how a photographer or videographer has let couples down, at least once a month sometimes once a week I am contacted about a last minute wedding where the photographer has dropped the couple. It's terrible and I don't agree with it but I just want to reassure you that's not how I run my business. 

I have been operating for over 10 years, have run a successful studio and wedding photography business and photographed hundreds of weddings. I always make sure I offer every one of my couples the best possible service I can, not just on the day but also in the weeks/months before and also after the photos have been finished. I pride myself on looking after my couples and making the best memories from their special day. I am always only a phone call away both before and after your wedding. 

I have dual backup systems both on camera and for back up storage which keeps your photos and data safe, I have been in business a long time and have proven again and again that FS Imaging is a reputable, high quality business. I am fully insured, I pay tax every year and all of my equipment meets safety/PAT testing requirements. I am also recognised by the International Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers to be creative and a leader in my field, I am certified as a Nikon Professional User which means any equipment I use is recognised worldwide as professional level equipment.
